👕 Clothing
Every Time Drops garment is made to order, just for you. We work with a trusted global production partner to bring each design to life so your order is crafted fresh.
Because each piece is produced individually, please check the size guide before ordering as sizing can vary between styles. Colours and print finishes may also differ slightly depending on the garment, fabric and your screen settings. That's just the nature of real, physical production.
↩️ Clothing Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your clothing. Email shop@timedrops.co with your order number before returning anything. Once your return is approved, you'll have a further 14 days to send it.
Returned clothing must be unworn, other than for trying on, unwashed and have its original tags or labels attached.
Customers are responsible for return postage where the item is being returned because of a change of mind or sizing. We recommend using a tracked service. Please don't return anything to the address on the original package. We'll provide the correct return address.
Once your return has been received, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method. Standard outbound delivery costs will also be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Products
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email shop@timedrops.co with your order number and clear photographs.
Once confirmed, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If a return is required, we'll also cover reasonable return postage.
📥 Digital Products
Digital products are supplied as downloads and no physical item will be shipped. Unless stated otherwise, digital prints include a ZIP file containing A2, A3 and A4 sizes.
By requesting immediate access to a digital product, you acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right for a change of mind once downloading or access begins.
Digital purchases are therefore non refundable after access has begun, except where a file is faulty, corrupted or not as described. If you experience a problem, email shop@timedrops.co and we'll help resolve it.
📦 Shipping and Addresses
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method and customs processing. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us immediately if you notice an error, although we can't guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged before an order is resent.
💸 Import Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges or local taxes.
Unless shown as included at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Where duties are collected in advance, such as with certain US shipping methods, they will be included or shown at checkout.
🏷️ Discounts and Limited Products
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and must be entered at checkout.
Products described as limited editions are subject to availability. Once a genuine limited design sells out, it may not be produced again. Limited status does not affect your rights relating to returns or faulty products.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Time Drops is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any watch brand referenced. All trademarks and brand names belonging to other parties remain the property of their respective owners.
🎨 Personal Use
Digital prints are for personal use only. You may print, display or give them as personal gifts, but you may not resell, redistribute or use the files commercially.
Time Drops branding, artwork, product designs, photography and website content may not be reproduced or sold without permission.
