❓ What exactly am I buying?

You're purchasing a digital download - no physical item will be shipped.
Each print comes as a .ZIP file containing A2, A3 & A4 high-resolution PDF versions of the design.

📥 How will I receive the file?

As soon as you complete your order, you'll get a download link via email. 
Click, unzip, print and enjoy. Easy.

🖨️ How do I print the artwork?

Super easy. You can:

Print it at home if you’ve got a decent printer

Take the file to your local print shop

Use an online printing service (like Printwork, Snapfish, Photobox, etc.)

✅ Time Drops Tip: We recommend a matte finish - that’s how we printed the ones you’ve seen in our videos!

🧱 What size should I print?

All our prints are optimised for & arrive in A2, A3 & A4 sizes. A3 is what you’ll see featured in our videos, but you can go bigger or smaller depending on your vibe.

🎨 Will the colours look exactly like the preview?

Every printer & monitor is a little different, so minor colour variation can occur on occasion. For best results we recommend:

Matte or satin photo paper

No “fit to page” scaling - print at 100 %

🔄 How long is my download link valid?

Your download link never expires. Lost the email? No problem - just e-mail us & we’ll re-issue the link.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal. All payments are handled securely via Shopify Payments.

🌍 What currency will I be charged in?

Prices display in your local currency, but you pay the exact equivalent of the specified UK price advertised (i.e. £6.99 per print (or £10 for two)).

Shopify handles the exchange rate automatically - no hidden fees.

🛠 Trouble opening the ZIP?

Most devices unzip files natively. If you hit a snag, try free tools like 7-Zip (Windows) or iZip (iOS), or just e-mail us & we’ll send the PDFs directly.

📦 Do you offer physical prints or frames?

Not yet! At the moment, we’re focused on digital only - but who knows what the future holds… 👀

🙅 Can I return or exchange my download?

Because these are instant digital files, all sales are final.

👥 Can I share or resell the files?

Nope - sorry! These are for personal use only.

You can gift a print of course 😊, but you can’t resell, reproduce, or redistribute the files.
